As we welcome the new year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on a transformative year at Auroom Wellness. The theme of 2024 has undeniably been growth. From scaling up our sales and expanding our distributor network to increasing our production capacity and team size, we’ve marked significant progress across all fronts. Moreover, the addition of a new production unit has allowed us to scale our operations even further, underlining our commitment to meeting the increasing global demand for our products. With a heart full of gratitude, we look back at our biggest achievements and forward to the new possibilities that await.
In 2024, Auroom celebrated the opening of our second factory, strategically located in Tõrvandi Industrial Park near Tartu, Estonia. This significant expansion not only increases our production capacity but also enhances our manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to meet the increasing global demand for our saunas.
Positioned near major transport routes, the new facility streamlines our logistics, enabling faster delivery and improved service. Designed with efficiency and sustainability in mind, the factory includes two production halls specifically dedicated to crafting our well-known outdoor saunas.
This expansion equips Auroom to manage the current demands more effectively and scale operations as necessary. It underscores our dedication to quality and positions us for sustained growth, ensuring that we continue to lead in the wellness industry.

In a strategic initiative to enhance our product offerings and streamline operations, Auroom OÜ has integrated the operations of the former VMS Timber’s Saunas into its portfolio through the establishment of a new subsidiary, Auroom Saunas SIA.
Auroom Saunas SIA, formerly known as VMS Saunas, boasts a rich heritage in the Latvian sauna manufacturing industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. As a division of VMS Timber, it has secured a strong foothold in the European wellness market with its outstanding range of thermally modified wood sauna products. Under visionary leadership, Auroom Saunas SIA has adopted new technologies and sustainable practices to meet the evolving needs of our global customers. Now operating under the Auroom brand, the company is set to broaden its legacy.

Both collections received an overwhelmingly positive response, highlighting our innovative approach and dedication to quality.

Additionally, our participation in the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo in Dallas, alongside our U.S. distributor Bathing Brands, and at Piscine Global Europe in Lyon, in collaboration with HUUM and our French distributor Atelier Nordic, underscored our dedication to expanding our reach and engaging with industry leaders and customers worldwide.
